Visitors staying in cheap hotels in Dubai in February will be jumping to the sounds of jazz as the city hosts a major music event.The Skywards Dubai International Jazz Festival will take place between February 21st and March 1st at the Radisson SAS Hotel and Outdoor Amphitheatre.This celebration of all things jazzy has developed into a massively popular occasion in recent years, according to organisers Chillout Productions.
